I started taking 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide as a way to improve my overall health. Food grade hydrogen peroxide (HP) should not be confused with 3% hydrogen peroxide, which is commonly found in the drug stores. Food grade hydrogen peroxide is the purest form of HP, without the added stabilizers which helps it last longer.
What is Hydrogen Peroxide?
Hydrogen Peroxide, H2O2 is water (H2O) with an extra oxygen (O) molecule. It is water with more oxygen in it. Drinking a diluted form of hydrogen peroxide provides the body with a more excellent supply of oxygen, causing diseased cells to die off and revitalize the cells.

Dr. Warburg was quoted saying, “Deprive a cell 35% of its oxygen for 48 hours and it may become cancerous.” He further states that insufficient oxygen is the prime cause of cancer at the cellular level and that cancer cells hardly survive in a high oxygen environment.
There have been countless studies proving that increased oxygenation, whether in the form of ozone, hydrogen peroxide, or hyperbaric oxygen, brings about the destruction of viruses. Many Cancerous tumors diminish when put into contact with oxygen. Other studies conducted by several other researchers and doctors recently have proven that not only cancerous cells but almost all viruses, toxins, bacteria, pathogens and disease microorganisms are oxidized and killed in higher oxygen environments. Subsequently, we now know that cancer and other disease-causing cells cannot survive and thrive in an oxygen-rich body.

Start by mixing one drop of hydrogen peroxide in 8 ounces of distilled or purified water, and drink three times a day. Using distilled water is essential because the hydrogen peroxide will react with any minerals that are in water that is not purified.
Each day increase the number of drops by one drop 3 x’s/day and slowly increase to 25 drops a day. The protocol recommends you increase the dosage by two drops a day, but I’m choosing to take this protocol slowly and only taking one additional drop a day. If the taste bothers you, you can put the hydrogen peroxide in size 00 vegetable capsules followed by 8 oz of water. I prefer this method, especially when you reach higher doasages.
Day Drops in Purified Water Times per Day
Day 1 1 drop 3x’s/day
Day 2 2 drops 3x’s/day
Day 3 3 drops 3x’s/day
Day 4 – 25 4-25 drops 3x’s/day
You get the point. Once you reach 25 drops, do this for two days and work your way back down to 3 to 10 drops as your daily dose or the dose that feels right for you. Sun Fruit Dan suggests that you continue with 25 drops three times a day for 1 to 3 weeks if you have a chronic disease or until your health symptoms go away.
The hydrogen peroxide solution needs to be taken on an empty stomach, one hour before you eat and three hours after you’ve eaten. If you take it sooner than the prescribed time, it will react with the food you’ve eaten and can cause an upset stomach. Some people experience side effects as the body detoxes. Reduce the dosage to slow the detoxification process down by cutting back on the number of drops you take daily.
So far I’ve noticed more physical and mental energy, fewer headaches and a slight decrease in my EMF (Electromagnetic Frequency) sensitivity. There is a burning sensation on my hand when I touch my computer mouse, and since I’ve started the HP protocol I’ve noticed that I’m not as sensitive to my computer mouse as I was before. The most significant difference since being on this protocol (5 months now) is that I’m SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) free.
Yes, I said SIBO free! This is no small feat as I have been suffering from SIBO for the past five years. Food grade hydrogen peroxide can be purchased on the Internet or in a health food store. Be careful when handling it before use as it can be highly toxic and can burn your skin or eyes if you get it on you. I’ll get to the protocol in a minute, but let me first tell you what I found out about it.
Here are some other uses for hydrogen peroxide:
3% food grade hydrogen peroxide can be used as a mouthwash or toothpaste when mixed with baking soda and can also help to whiten your teeth. Add a drop of peppermint and oregano oil for flavoring and additional antimicrobial benefits. Mix 1 ounce to 12 ounces of distilled water in a pint jar and keep on hand when needed.
A great way to absorb hydrogen peroxide through the skin and to oxygenate your skin is to add 35% solution to your bath water. Here is the recipe:
2 cups of the 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide
1-2 cups of sea salt
1-2 cups of Epsom salt
You will want to stay in the tub for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly before drying yourself off. This may have an energizing effect, so you may not want to take a bath right before you go to bed.
Hydrogen peroxide does not remove healthy bacteria from the body as they flourish in oxygen-rich environments.
Enema or Douche
3% hydrogen peroxide can be used as an enema or douche by using the diluted 3% HP. This is an excellent way to rid the body of unwanted bacteria.
You can continue the hydrogen peroxide protocol until you feel better or when your symptoms go away. If it is a chronic issue, you’ll want to take it longer. The initial maintenance dose is ten drops a day. It can be taken 3x’s/day or all at once. When stopping the protocol completely, you’ll want to reverse the number of drops until you get back to one drop, three times/day.
